-If you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment time, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment. I reserve the right to withhold $25 as a no-show fee should you miss your appointment without notice, or arrive more than 20 minutes late. 

-I won't accept an instrument without a case. Hardshell is preferable. I want to keep your guitar safe while it's here!

-This is the minimum bench fee, and is based on the shop hourly rate of $100/hour. This appointment is for dropping off, checking in, and carefully evaluating your instrument. Should you choose to leave the guitar here to be repaired, this fee will be applied as a credit towards your final invoice.

-Once you have agreed to the work, full pre-payment is required for estimates under $250 a 50% deposit is required for jobs estimated over $250.
-Any parts that are a special order need to be paid for in advance, and in some cases, you may be responsible for the Duty/Tax/Clearance fees if the parts are coming from abroad.

-Any instrument left here for 30 days past the date of completion will become the property of Lewis Parker DBA East City Guitar Co. I will be in touch with the owner 3 times within that 30 day period, by phone or email, and the first contact will be on the date the work was completed.

-At the time of your appointment, I will provide my best guess at the turnaround time, but it will be just that, my best guess. In general I'm not able to commit to specific timelines as there are just too many variables with this kind of work.
