These convex sanding blocks are spherical and can be made in any radius you’d like. They are useful for rough shaping of a bridge to the top radius, or for clamping a heated bridge so that it keeps its shape after removal, as well as for making clamping cauls to match your top or back radius.
They are CNC cut from hard maple, and are sized to fit 3M StikIt abrasives at 2.75” wide.
