Tele Neck Pickup Marking Jig (Body-Mount)

This is a simple jig for ensuring your mounting screw holes get drilled correctly when body mounting Tele neck pickups. 

Step 1: Remove the pickguard

Step 2: Place the jig in the neck pickup cavity

Step 3: Replace the pickguard

Step 4: Check alignment then remove pickguard, holding the jig in place.

Step 5: Mark the mounting screw placement 

Step 6: Drill 

Mounting screw spacing is surprisingly non-standardized across the industry, but this will work for “most” tele neck pickups. Please practice on scrap. We are not responsible for incompatibility with different brands of pickups.
